Mindroling kennel

I bought my first dog in 1989 and got a Tibetan Terrier since some friends had one that I liked very much. Since my first dog was a Tibetan Terrier I wanted to get a kennel name in 1990 from the Finnish Kennel Club that had to do with Tibet. I found "Mindroling" in a book about Tibet and liked the sound of it. The Mindroling-monastery still exists in Tibet. Mindroling means "the place of perfect emancipation" in a spiritual way. I have bred two Mindroling Tibetan Terrier litters, which were born in 1990 and 1993. The dam was my first dog FI CH Karamain Marguerite called Manta. Today we have American Water Spaniels and a Tibetan Terrier. I participate in obedience training, hunting tracking tests and sometimes I also show them at dog shows. Our dogs live with us in our family´s everyday life. If our dogs are healthy, have a nice temperament and show other good qualities that we wish for then we might one day see Mindroling dogs again.
